I recently received and still receiving comments about my makeup and my skin. I thought that one video would make it clear to them that my acne scars can’t be blurred out completely by makeup primer. 1. That’s why I address myself as “nEw to mAkeUp” bc those comments humbled me. May mga products lang ako dito pero, di ko pa rin pala alam ang tamang paggamit with the type of skin that I have since most of the influencers and models that I watched here has a smoother skin. 2. Thank you all, for engaging on my question. Nag-order na ako ng Elf Putty Primer and a silicone base foundation. I’m excited to try it out and apply your suggestions on my next makeup look. Sabay-sabay tayong matuto 😉 3. I know that makeup can’t really make my skin perfectly smooth and only a skin care or a laser treatment can do that job, but I still love to wear it tho. I don’t see myself less with an acne scar. I feel perfectly good about my physical appearance, but I love and enjoy doing my makeup. I don’t wear it to hide something that I’m insecure about. I wear it bc I feel more feminine with it✨ 4. I prioritize my skin care before makeup. If you all watched my old videos, you will see the difference on my skin. 😉 5. No one said that Texture is NOT normal. Nabasa ko ‘to sa comments and I agree. Sa labas ng social media, sa totoong buhay, madami kayong makaksalubong na may acne scars na kagaya ko 😅 Sa bahay namin normal lang ‘to e. 😅 It’s just the beauty standard that makes us feel weird to see this kind of skin. #skinpositivity #acnescars #texturedskin #beautyonyouownterms
