Ok this is the sushi roll for this man: Shrimp tempura inside, avocado and unagi. Nothing raw and unagi sauce is the gateway to more.

Try Inari sushi. The rice is stuffed inside a pocket of fried tofu that’s been flavored with soy sauce and sugar, basically.
