Vanilla sponge deets: - 1/3 cup almond milk + 2 extra tbsps once all ingredients are combined - 2 egg whites (whisked very well) you can add the egg yolks to the mixture afterwards - 1/4 cup coconut sugar - 2 tbsp maple syrup - 1 cup almond flour - 1/2 cup buckwheat flour - 1 pinch of vanilla beans or extract - 1 tsp bakind powder & 1 pinch baking soda Chocolate ganache; - 1/2 block of chocolate melted with 1 tbsp of cacao butter or coconut oil - 2 tbsp maple syrup added once the chocolate is melted - 3 tbsp of water added to the mixture Then coat the lamingtons in dessicated coconut to complete… I hope you love them 🤍 #lamingtons #healthieralternative #glutenfree #dairyfree #recipes #healthydessert
