Can I suggest using a KurbX Structural Shower Pan. Simply cut out the subfloor, add cross blocking every 16 in. and it sits right on the floor joists.

definitely wrong from framing aspect!you understand that web of the i-joist is not a load bearing element, only flanges are designed for this purpose!

how far is that drain from the wall almost 5 ft, 5x 1/4 = 1.25, preslope, liner +1 in mudbed looks like your about 2 inches shy 😂😂😂
