Mine was like this around 4 months, I stopped wearing it in buns/pony tails and will only wear it in a claw clip and that helped so much,

caffeine shampoo, eat more eggs and use one of those scalp brush thingies (I studied hairdressing) it will grow back in no time, I promise.

When does this happen I’m 4 months pp and I can’t afford to lose a single hair on my head ! My hair is the only part of me that’s thin 🤣🤣

This was me from months 3-5. It does get better. I went to the Dr as they said it was excessive. I was anaemic, iron tablets have sorted it out - 1/2

I cut mine shoulder length at 5m PP, used claw clips instead of hair ties and a comb instead of a brush. It will come back lovely, it’s not forever 🧡

I had this but around 5-6 months I used hairburst shampoo and conditioner and it changed my life best shampoo and conditioner ever 🥰
