@foodies.stay.fit: 🧀CHEESESTEAK BOWLS MEAL PREP RECIPE🔥 Macros: makes 8 meals for 👩❤️👨: each meal is 604 cal | 64g Protein | 37g Carbs | 21g Fat You will need: A family size bag baby potatoes Season with: Salt Pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Bake in the oven at 410 degrees for 40-45 min or until tender 3 lb Flank Steak (Thinly sliced) or may use ground beef instead 4 minced garlic cloves 2 green bell peppers chopped 2 medium yellow onions chopped 1.5 cup bella baby mushrooms chopped Season with: 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp salt or to taste 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tbsp oregano 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup unsalted beef broth Handful of reduced fat cheddar cheese (or cheese of preference) Cooking spray In a medium pan with cooking spray add minced garlic, then add steak and all of the seasonings. Allow steak to brown just a bit then add all the veggies. Mix well and cover. Let it simmer on medium heat for 10-15 min or until all veggies are tender. Top it off with some reduced fat cheddar cheese. You can absolutely use shredded mozzarella or provolone.
