@tomatoeswithlemon: the healthiest chips 🤤😋 BEET CHIPS from @tomatoeswithlemon all you need: whole red beet salt (optional) all you do: 1- peel, wash, and dry the beet of its outer skin with a peeler 2- with the same peeler, continue to peel strips (as wide as possible) 3- arrange them on a towel (use a paper towel because it will stain), sprinkle salt on the strips, let them sit for 15 minutes, then press the towel on them to absorb the excess moisture 💦 4- arrange the strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 300F for 45 minutes ⏳ until crispy (it will continue to crisp a few minutes after taking it out of the oven) #beet #beets #beetroot #beetroots #beetchips #healthychips #dehydratedfruit #plantbased
