It requires less than 5 ingredients and is super easy to make. Ingredients: 1 block of taro or regular rice flour cake (I found this in the refrigerated section at 99 ranch) 3 eggs 3 tbsp oil 1-2 chopped green onions salt and pepper to taste Instructions 1. Cut up the rice flour cake into 1/2 inch thick squares 2. Heat up a pan on medium-high heat and add 3 tbsp oil. Then add your rice cakes and fry on each side until it's crispy and golden brown 3. Then add in 3 whisked eggs - I added chopped green onions, salt and pepper. Then flip after 2 minutes and cook for another 2 minutes 4. Pair with chili oil or sweet sauce (or your favorite dipping sauce). I also ate mine with a side of chinese sausage #banhbotchien #vietnamesefood #vietnameserecipes #easyrecipe #cookingvideo
