I saw one of Barbara Oniels vids and she said it takes about 2 years to get full effects of Wild Yam Cream. It is a start though, for sure

Everyone put castor oil on the spot your using it then rub the cream over that, you'll absorb it better. Also you don't need a ton just a bit goes far
