Yup trench to the new location, run some conduit and run the new wire through there, go to your local fiber company they throw away conduit 247

I do electrical and u can bury a junction box in the ground and bury more conduit to where u want it to go

I am a journeyman electrician. In order to extend that, you’ll have to either 1 put an inground box where the pipe comes up then dig a ditch to extend
