Gabungan salmon teriyaki yang savory, avos for good fat, rice for carbs trus cucumbee biar ad yg fresh fresh 🍚🍚 RECIPE📔 - 1 salmon fillet ( cut into cubes ) - 1/4 cup soy sauce - 1/4 cup water - 1 tbsp mirin - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 1 1/2 tbsp minced ginger - 1 tbsp corn starch - Mini seaweed / avocados / cucumbers ( condiments ) - Cooked rice Cooking instructions: 1. Combine the soy sauce, water, mirin, minced garlic, minced ginger & corn starch 2. Marinade salmon for 10 minutes 3. Bale for 8 mins at 180c 4. Serve over rice & condiments 5. Boil the extra marinade sauce till bubbly then brush over the salmon 6. Enjoy with roasted seaweed RESEP📔 - 1 ekor salmon (potong dadu) - 1/4 cangkir kecap - 1/4 gelas air - 1 sdm mirin - 2 sdm bawang putih cincang - 1 1/2 sdm jahe cincang - 1 sdm tepung maizena - Rumput laut mini / alpukat / mentimun ( bumbu ) - Nasi Petunjuk memasak: 1. Campurkan kecap, air, mirin, bawang putih cincang, jahe cincang & tepung maizena 2. Rendam salmon selama 10 menit 3. Bale selama 8 menit pada suhu 180c 4. Sajikan di atas nasi & bumbu 5. Rebus sisa saus marinade hingga berbuih lalu olesi salmon 6.
