@gregcpearson: Shoe recommendations are great. But nothing beats testing a shoe out for yourself. Just because one shoe works for me, doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you. So, you have to be prepared to work through a bit of trial and error with your runners. Unfortunately, you might need to go through a few pairs before you find the shoe that fits. You need to be alright with that. AND… It might take a few runs to find out how good, or bad, a shoe is. This has happened to me a few times. My @adidasau Takumi Sen 8’s are a prime example. I thought these were horrible and were causing me some knee pain. I was about to throw them out, but now they feel great 🤷🏼‍♂️ Also… Just because a shoe feels good in a shop, while you’re stood still, checking them out in a mirror… Does not mean they’ll perform well for you in action 😄 #runningshoes #runningtips #trainingtips
