@teamhvaldimir: HVALDIMIR UPDATE: We are always grateful when the salmon farms call us. This week we were called by a salmon farm concerning some mischief by… guess who? 👀 So our team met on site with the farmers and discussed to ways to avoid mishaps. We will remain on call for major operations where Hvaldimir’s curiosity could pose a risk to himself and to the farm. This has been part of our volunteer efforts for many years now. On an ordinary day, our team monitors Hvaldimir from a distance, and does not influence or disturb his wild behavior. Until Hvaldimir is given a chance to join other whales, we expect he will continue to entertain himself at salmon farms. Thankfully these farmers are patient and kind!
