I was diagnosed with sleep apnea by my dentist. They gave me a take home monitor to sleep with and it confirmed it.

My dr told me I needed to see a therapist bc I had dreams of drowning. Couldn’t be sleep apnea, bc I literally couldn’t breathe. Oh wait that was it.

It took me 12 years to find a doctor who diagnosed and treated my PCOS and severe insulin resistance. 12 years. We deserve so much better.
