BARBELL GOOD MORNING TIPS ⏬ 1.) Arch your lower back hard, take a big breath in, and push your tummy out. This will tilt your pelvis anteriorly and let you pre-stretch your hams. 2.) Bend your knees just a tiny bit, and keep them bent no more than this through the whole rep. 3.) Push your butt back slowly, while pushing your knees back a tiny bit too. Go down extra slow. 4.) If you cave over, your hams lose tension, so stay as upright as you can by pushing your chest up at the bottom of the lift. 5.) If your hams feel a painful stretch at the bottom, you’re doing the exercise pretty correctly. If not, you could do better! Want to train like me?
