i did a complete sprial fracture of 5th metatarsal, i thought i sprained it and continue walking on. the bone 0 pain, the tissue damage I'd say 3. now I have to question myself every injury

if my wrist got sandwhiched between my 20kg telescope and a rock tile and i cant push things like pumps on bottles, hold light things, twist it too far and cant put pressure on it could it be fractured?
