My is the opposite. It hurts to wear shoes because my arches fall and the built in arch in shoes makes it unbearable.

Plantar fasciitis was the worst pain I’ve endured. I tried various treatment for years and years. Finally went to physical therapy and was cured.

Docs thought I had plantar fasciitis. I had a 2 inch tear in my tendon. The massage treatments caused the worst pain I've felt in my life. 😭
