Funny! If you’re paid hourly, then it’s irrelevant. If you’re salaried, and you’re already overloaded (that’s subjective), then this might make sense

I trained people to do the same job as I did.. then because they were younger, they got paid more..but they quit after 6 months because of not making

I learned how it works from contractors when I was deployed. Their contract specified specific duties, and anything extra was negotiated into another
