But if you were like that, but now you feel guilty when you do stuff for yourself, but you also feel guilty when you sit down and do nothing all day because you also can’t bring yourself to do anything anymore and you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD that your parents didn’t do anything for until you were in your last grade of middle school and then at 28 actually found out that you’re also autistic which that’s not their fault my mom said it was obvious when I told her and I finally got the diagnosis and she was like well duh. But back in the day, you could not get a dual diagnosis until 2013 of ADHD and autism.
