I had it too, it was awful. My orthopedic surgeon said it usually takes 6-18 months to go away. Acupuncture fixed it in a month. Highly recommend.

PRP worked like a miracle for me. Had the same thing. Tears caused the frozen shoulder. So thankful for PRP. Hate it didn't work for you.

You now have a 90% chance of getting it in the other shoulder. I did. And I was on estrogen and progesterone already!

I had surgery to remove bone spurs that were tearing RC. Surgery was easy and it’s like I’m 12 again. Pain bfr surgery was so much worse than recovery
