½ cup honey roasted pecans, chopped 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs, torn ¼ cup hot honey   Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Slice baguette into rounds. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden. 2. Combine the feta and cream cheese in a food processor or stand mixer. Blend together until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. 3. Spread whipped feta onto baguette slices evenly. Arrange in a single layer on a serving dish. 4. Sprinkle each crostini with chopped pecans and a fresh rosemary sprig. Drizzle with hot honey.  Alternative serving option: spread the whipped feta out on a serving place and top with pecans & hot honey.
