@projectcameron247365: It was finally time for me to upgrade to consistent year-round cold water. I didn’t want to spend the money on a professional cold plunge tub, so I opted for a DIY chest freezer cold plunge! This is a great, cost-effective way to get the stimulating benefits of cold therapy at home! Please check my Linktree for a list of the products I used and my video documenting the entire build process.” . . . #diycoldplunge #DIY #chestfreezer #coldplunge #icebaths #coldexposuretherapy #coldtherapy #coldexposure #deliberatecoldexposure #moodbooster #MentalHealth #wimhof #livelife #beawesome

What should I set my temp whirlpool freezer? I like my water around 35-40. So do I set the freezer to that temp? So sorry I’m new to this and have been using a horse trough for awhile.
