Yes yes yes! I have dry skin and barely ever cleanse. Sometimes booms mislead water. More oil you remove, more your skin thinks it needs to make more oils to re moisturise.

Perioral dermatitis can be around the mouth, chin and eyebrows! Maybe use physical sunscreen around the eyes too and see if it makes a difference 💕
