@brodievissers: People come here just to watch 👀☕️ This is @Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi in Istanbul, the first company in the world to roast, grind, and sell coffee on the spot back in 1871. Can you imagine? Before that, people had to either go to a coffee house (not a bad move), or buy green coffee to roast and grind at home. They changed the game in Turkey, and 152 years later still have a big lineup out the door every single day! These guys have to fill the bag to within a few grams by hand, fold it up, and package it for sale in under 30 seconds – the coffee nerds are waiting! PS.
