This is bcos of the pressure for results by Education Department. They act as if all learners get A+ plus. That very same pressure on principals, is exactly why you find such things. I know that it is wrong to deny a learners an opportunity.

Truth is some educators don't have emotional intelligence.... My daughter has drop, her confidence drop because of how the teacher relate to them. 😏
