who can help me return my Intense Pulsed Light Wrinkles Reducing instruments ES-1081. I waited 3 weeks for it to get to me. I used it ONCE and the next day it wasn't working. it kept stopping on me. If I don't put pressure on it in a certain spot it will just short out on me and then come back to life...then shuts off again. I spent 54$ and I would like my money back but NOT A CLUE HOW?!

My observances (1) green red blue, gets a TAD warmer but not much noticeable & (2) the blue turned off on my several times
