I purchased the Theraface Pro in 2023 through Amazon and took good care of it, but now it won’t charge or power on at all. When I reached out to Therabody customer service, I was told my warranty had expired , just over a year and there are no repair options, not even paid service. For a premium-priced device, I expected better quality and support. It’s frustrating that a $400+ product stops working shortly after the warranty ends with no path forward. Disappointed and won’t be buying from Therabody again.
