with benzos there's something called microtapering which most doctors don't know about. you should be getting off k*pin at a dose 0.125 mg or less.

i’ve been on ativan for 8 years. i started tapering off 3 months ago but have only been able to cut back by ¼. benzos are so powerful….

I’ve been weening off myself. I’ve been doing half, half tabs (1/4 tab in the am, 1/4 in the pm) finally down to 1/4 am only. Go at your pace.
