@thehuskyfam: These mini pumpkin pie poppers are so fun and easy to make! They’ll be a hit with all the pups this Thanksgiving 🦃 Ingredients: 2/3 cup wheat flour (can be substituted with any preferred flour like coconut, almond or oat flour but the amount needed will vary) 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1/8 cup coconut oil 1 tsp agar agar powder 1/3 cup cold water 1/2 cup pumpkin Whipped cream optional Directions: 1. Combine flour, apple sauce and coconut oil in a bowl and combine until it forms a dough. 2. Roll it out flat and add it to a mini pie pan. The ones I’m using are from Amazon and liked in our bio. Bake them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 3. For the filling combine agar agar with cold water, let it sit for 10 minutes to soften and then microwave for 1:30 minutes to activate. Add pumpkin purée and mix together. 4. Add pumpkin filling to your cooled pie crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Whipped cream is optional, and enjoy!
