Ingredients: - 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup plain kefir - 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk - 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats - 2 tablespoons chia seeds - 2 tablespoons hemp hearts - 1 teaspoon matcha powder - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol (or preferred low-carb sweetener) - 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries) - 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts - 1 teaspoon ground turmeric - Pinch of black pepper - Zest of 1/2 lemon Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, kefir, unsweetened almond milk, matcha powder, vanilla extract, powdered erythritol, turmeric, black pepper, and lemon zest until smooth and evenly colored 2. Stir in rolled oats, chia seeds, and hemp hearts until fully combined and no dry pockets remain 3. Fold in half of the mixed berries gently to distribute fruit through the mixture 4.
