Creamy Salmon Pasta 📕Recipe here: ❂ Ingredients: 2 steaks of Salmon 50g. Butter 1 Shallot Onion 2 Fresh garlic cloves 1 1/2 Cup Cream. Heavy cream/whipping cream. Fresh Dill or Parsley 1/2 TspLemon zest Dry white Wine Salt and black pepper. Pasta Penne ❂ Cooking process: ⁃ Cut the skin off the salmon fillets and dry with paper towels. ⁃ Heat a nonstick frying pan or large skillet then sear the salmon, for 4-5 minutes until the crisp. ⁃ Turn over the steaks and add butter to the pan. Fry in butter for a few more minutes. ⁃ Remove salmon from the pan and set aside while you make the sauce. ⁃ In the same pan add an onion that you’ve diced finely. Cook for a few minutes until softened then add the crushed garlic. Allow to cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. ⁃ Then add white wine and fry until it evaporates. ⁃ Add a lemon zest. ⁃ Pour in the cream and add the fresh dill. ⁃ Season with salt and plenty of freshly cracked black pepper. ⁃ Simmer gently for a few minutes until the sauce coats the back of a spoon. ⁃ Then pour the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix. ⁃ Add the fried salmon on top, mix lightly and you’re done. ⁃ Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
