I would say I’m a happy person, but today in therapy I learned I’m depressed. After an ugly divorce where I thought finally FREEEDOM! I realized I’m still tied to this NARC bc we have two girls n he’s doing the same to them they feel they’re the problem bc dads not around etc n I found out that I have some serious rage towards that whole situation! I’m angry he ruined our picture perfect house fence n a dog type of life. He broke me, keeps breaking my kids…
