Drink water when it burns or you feel nauseous. first couple times you zyn it sucks but after that it’s great. just drink water with it

when you first start you have to have 3 mg and spit when you get used to it then you don’t need to spit and then you can get higher mg zyns

U gotta just start and when you get sick spit it out, after a week u will be able to last 10 mins. Now I have them in all day. Terrible addiction 😭

suger... just like with some cigars if u drink a coke or eat something sugary you wont get as bad of a effect till u get a tolerance built up.
