@janicabuhain: Workout with me! 💪🏻 Our mini home gym is currently under construction so in this workout sesh I ditched my metcons and did this one barefoot 🦶 Apparently there are a lot of benefits working out barefoot esp for me who is hyper mobile and has really flat feet 👣 I had a minor foot injury a few weeks back and my PT recommended training barefoot to strengthen my feet and build more stability (along with some feet exercises to activate and align my toes) My feet are better than ever now!
