@catts_corner: Where to begin👇🏼 So here are the basics to understand how this diet works - by removing inflammatory foods from your diet, you are eliminating added stress & inflammation within the body. Why does this matter? Because chronic inflammation is a key igniter for disease & illnesses. By removing these inflammatory ingredients with micro-nutrient dense foods we give our bodies a better chance to rest & digest, improve out gut lining, & encourage proper hormonal functions within the body. What we want to eliminate - while there are 7 inflammatory foods these are the main ones I would focus on. ❌ Dairy ❌ Gluten ❌ Refined Sugars ❌ Alcohol ❌ The others include soy, corn, & caffeine What we want to focus on 👍🏼 ✅ Whole, unprocessed foods (think shopping the outer perimeter of the grocery store) ✅ Fruits ✅ Low glycemic vegetables ✅ Whole grains ✅ Seeds ✅ Olive oil ✅ Proteins like wild caught fish, cage free poultry & grass fed beefs (in moderation) It’s important to remember that there is no one size fits all diet which is why it’s so important to find what makes you feel your best! For me, this style of eating brought me the quickest yet most sustainable benefits. P.S. If you struggle with staying consistent with healthy habits & routines then the Healthy Habits for the Holidays Challenge is FOR 👏🏼 YOU 👏🏼 Starting Monday, December 4th. ✨ 14 days ✨ 5 habits that can be done anywhere to help improve your hormone health ✨ Daily accountability ✨ Designed to help you get & stay on track through a consistent routine that is sustainable ALL year long. ✨ OHHH && 1 winner of a health & wellness basket valued at over $400!! ⬇️ Comment HABITS below for more info! #healthyhabitshealthylife #hormonehealthforwomen #antiinflammatorydiet #hypothyroidismdiet #pcosdiet #healinghypothyroidism #loweringinflammation #reversehypothyroidism #healingpcosnaturally

There isn’t any need to cut out diary, as. Long as you’re not intolerant or sensitive. You need to be having the right diary, not low fat / watered down milk. Also coffee has so many anti inflammatory properties
