wait, i'm 107kg woman, i should be eating 214g protein a day?? this sounds impossible, i already eat about 150g protein per day with a protein bar, protein yoghurt breakfast, chicken/egg based lunch and tuna based dinner, all within 1700 calories. how on earth can i get any more omg???
