no, you have to hold it otherwise you sink if you just exhale all your air, it is good to do that just before breathing in

Ur almost right but, You can’t breath on whole mouth, it just give you slow+ Use the half mouth and breath for 7 sec, To practice breath alway hold it for 15 sec until you will breath then other.

I’m 1 year into swimming after watching on of your videos. I can now freestyle 40 lengths in 30 minutes and am a whole lot fitter than I was. Thank u
