@aaronalterman: Pumpkin Rollz This is basically my potato bread recipe with some fall twists. Just a little proof that baking isn’t so exact and perfect as a lot of people think. I just swapped white sugar for brown sugar, pumpkin instead of potatoes and added a little pumpkin spice. It was super wet so I added more flour until it was less wet. Boom, bread. I only know this recipe in grams, conversions on the internet are generally accurate. 170g water 70g brown sugar 7g dry active yeast 2 eggs 215g pumpkin purée 650g flour (I started at 600 and added more, might be as much as 675) 10g salt 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice 85g soft butter Egg washed the bunz and baked at 350 for about 30 minutes The butter was just soft butter, big glug of maple syrup, a little cinnamon and salt to taste.
