Run the exhaust through a bucket of sand. The sand will heat up and hold radiant heat. Works great.

run the exhaust through a heat exchanger or make your own. run the exhaust under the box all the way down make a U back to where it starts.

Gas from combustion is slightly acidic and has moisture in it. You may have corrosion issues.
