@abfitness.tallaght: Today we had Stephen Brennan back in the gym he has been all over social media last while for all the right reasons We have decided to continue to work closely with Stephen and also with walk and talk and are now offering people who would like to avail of free spin classes here in the gym for the days and nights they can’t make the walks or are if it is just to cold out they can come to the heated cardio room 🔥 AB fitness Gym Tallaght I am offering these classes for free for the month of December as we all know how the months leading up to Christmas can be hectic , lonely , stressful and associated with a lot of alcohol and temptation So together we can get through it 🙌🏽 Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces in the gym ☺️ @WALK AND TALK #tallaght #walkandtalk #community
