I made this tonight. Followed your direction exactly. It sucked!!! The rice was not cooked and the onion soup was so crunchy that I couldn’t eat it.

I don't think rinsing is because it's dirty, it's to remove excess starch, so the rice doesn't become sticky!

I made the dump and bake chicken and rice meal. I used ranch seasoning instead of onion because I’m allergic to onions! It was a hit with my family❤️
