The Tragic Accident on the Set of Twilight Zone: The Movie In the early hours of July 23, 1982, a horrific accident occurred on the set of Twilight Zone: The Movie, resulting in the tragic deaths of actor Vic Morrow and two child actors, Myca Dinh Le (7) and Renee Shin-Yi Chen (6).
