@mistithorpe: Had plans to spend time with famuly this afternoon but my kids requested I make a dinner as well. I prepared this dinner in less than an hour, threw things in the oven and crockpot and finished up the corn and yams when we returned home. I was a little nervous about how it would turn out but - it was great!
