@jacquegarzaa: We made the tough decision to spend Thanksgiving away from our extended families since we’re pretty place-bound to Ames right now. My family is from the suburbs of Chicago and half of Ryan’s family is across the country in North Carolina. So, our cute little town will have to do.💖 we considered doing small portions of our favorite meals, or full portions, all at once but that sounded like a lot of work! So, we’re making our favorite dishes all week. Since Thanksgiving is still 4 days away, we kept it pretty neutral with a potato casserole. The gravy & potato rounds give “thanksgiving” without wearing me out before we even get there. I think Mac n Cheese will be on the menu for Tuesday with a little & sides being on Thursday!
