@striqfit: Leg Lifts 101 One of the major reasons that people opt out from doing leglifts is because they end up swinging around using momentum. It ends up, turning into mostly a hip flexor exercise. We can fix this and recruit more of our core muscles by switching from a pronated to a supinated grip using this supinated or chin up grip, it forces you to remain upright, eliminating the factor of swinging around recruiting your lats.
