@tabzees: Cookie Salad Recipe (doubled) - 2 pints (1 qt) buttermilk - 2 small containers of Cool Whip - 3 packs Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies - 2 cans Dole Mandarin Oranges - 2 cans Dole Pineapple Tidbits - 2 large boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix 1. Drain pineapple tidbits and mandarin oranges. 2. In a large mixing bowl mix the pudding mix and buttermilk until combined. 3. Fold in whipped topping. 4. Add drained pineapple and oranges to the pudding mixture. 5. Using a zipper bag and mallet (rolling pin or meat tenderizer), crush 2 packs of fudge stripe cookies. 6. Fold smashed cookies into pudding mixture. 7. Garnish with remaining cookies as desired. 8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let it set.
