Not everyone singing in the coffee shop at the end! 😂❤️ backstory ::: Kay is a huge fan of the show Friends. I personally have never seen the show, apart from some clips that I’ve been shown, but when we were discussing what to do in NYC, Kay’s face lit up so bright when I mentioned the “Friends Experience”. Even though I couldn’t relate, I knew that we had to go, because I couldn’t pass up getting to see Kay so happy! While on her push present trip to NYC, I planned out things that we would do each day, and made sure that we would have time to go to this place. We invited our friends and called it a Friends with friends double date! 😂 Kay had such an amazing time looking at all of the props and stuff from the show. Watching her excitement was so fun for me also! 😂❤️ She was constantly wanting pictures and to teach me about all of the important props from the show! At the end, she got to have coffee at the coffee shop, and overall, it was such a fun experience. We have been so busy the last few weeks, and I haven’t been able to cook for her. So with a few nights free before we get to fly to LA, I decided that I would cook her up something. I wasn’t sure what I would cook, but remembered that she really liked this one meal she had eaten not long ago. She talked about it so much and hated that she didn’t know the recipe. I knew that would be the perfect recipe to cook for her, so I did some digging and found it! I asked Kay if I could cook which of course she said yes, and I got the ingredients. This meal was a lot more difficult than most that I cook for Kay, but with how much she liked it the first time, I was determined to make it. After getting SO many ingredients, I whipped it up for her. She LOVED it! And said that it is her new favorite and that she liked it even more than white bean soup! 😳 I never would have expected that response, but am so glad that we found something that she enjoys so much! Ok, NOW I get it! 😂 She had to explain it to me… 😅❤️ backstory ::: It is Kay’s time for the first time since having Ellie. She was hoping that it would last longer, but unfortunately it didn’t. She said that she had been wanting to ask me to go get her the pads with wings for a couples weeks now, but was waiting until it was her time before she asked. I guess that’s a thing that most women know, and I was supposed to know also! 😂 There has been so many times that she has asked for wings or other foods when it was that time for her, so when she asked for the usual pads with wings, I thought I was just going to get her some comfort food! 😂 I fell for her trap, and my nice gesture was actually part of Kay’s little prank! 😅 She wanted to see if I would get actual wings or just the pads with little extra paper on the sides! I guess while I was in the room working, Kay and Ellie decided that they would build an entire bookshelf 😂 She apparently preordered this bookshelf months ago and has been waiting on it!
