These women have long hair that grows up to their waist and beyond. I first heard of Chebe powder and karkar oil from Miss Sahel on YouTube and since 2020, I try to use it on my hair at least once a year. Chebe powder is one of my favorite ayurvedic hair treatments to use and it can be prepared in many forms: * as a hair spray * as a hair cream * as a hair oil or * use it directly (mix with oils and apply to hair) Chebe powder has a very grainy consistency (like sand) and is usually mixed with ghee, karkar oil or other hair oils before applying to hair. For this method, after applying to my hair, I leave it in my hair for up to 3 weeks without washing. I also reapply it every week to refresh my hair, then I spray my hair with water at least 2 times a week. The main pro of Chebe powder is that it helps to keep the hair strong and healthy, reducing breakage and hair loss.
