You have to try these honey caviar! The best part is there us no gelatine, healthy- made with honey so no refined sugar and they look and taste absolutely delicous!! Like squidgy gummy bear but without the refined sugar. I used it to make caviar for my hyper-realistic sushi cake. But it can be used for any dessert topping, bubble tea or even had at breakfast with cereal, fruits, toast - absolutely anything! They look so pretty!!😍 Recipe: 1/3 cup water 1/2 cup honey 2 grams agar-agar Vegetable oil, chilled Cold water p Combine and heat the water, honey, and agar-agar in a small saucepan. Keep stirring, until the mixture comes to a boil. Transfer it to a small bowl and let it cool until it begins to thicken a bit, but is still loose enough to be drawn into a dropper. Drip the honey mixture into the cold oil. You should see it forming droplets, which will fall to the bottom of the oil. Let this sit for a few seconds to let the honey pearls firm up, then stir the mixture to separate the tiny balls. Scoop the pearls out of the oil and drop them into the cold water. Stir them around - the oil clinging to them will rise to the surface so you'll have oil-free caviar. Now remove the pearls from the water and put them on a paper towel to drain off excess moisture. They seem fragile, but they're actually pretty sturdy if you let them rest long enough in the oil. Make sure to save it to try later.
