We did the cleaner before and just the kit. 10 years later and garage looks the same. This kit is great. The “pros” will claim it will fail lol

Epoxy floors are like black cars. They only look good brand new and without use. Then they’re impossible to keep looking good.

if you don't grind the concrete to open the pours to except the epoxy then its going to reject the epoxy and start flaking up. I recommend texture.

I paid $3k for a 2 car garage but it was a polyaspartic which is way more durable and doesn’t crack due to weather changes. Lifetime warranty.
